1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the use of the B Agents service under the Between AI platform. By registering as a B Agent or hiring a B Agent, you agree to these terms.

2. Definitions

B Agent: A freelance agent registered on the Between AI platform.
Client: An individual or company seeking to hire a B Agent.
Platform: The digital system provided by Between AI to connect agents and clients.

3. B Agent Responsibilities

Act professionally and ethically in all dealings.
Comply with local laws and regulations.
Complete assigned tasks or deals as agreed with the client.
Maintain an up-to-date profile and provide accurate information.

4. Client Responsibilities

Provide clear, lawful, and fair job descriptions or project details.
Pay the agreed-upon fee through the platform.
Rate the B Agent after completion of the project.

5. Fees and Payments

Between AI may charge a commission on deals made through the platform.
Payments are processed securely via the platform and released after project completion.

6. Code of Conduct

All users must:

Respect others on the platform.
Avoid fraud, misrepresentation, or harassment.
Use the platform only for its intended business purposes.

7. Termination

Between AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms without prior notice.

8. Liability

Between AI is not liable for the quality of service provided by B Agents or for disputes between clients and agents, but will provide mediation if necessary.

9. Modification of Terms

These terms may be updated. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
