1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Plan B, a service provided by Between AI, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept them, you may not use the platform.

2. Service Description

Plan B is an AI-powered platform that connects investors with idea owners, startups, and projects seeking funding. The platform provides intelligent matching, project evaluation, and communication tools.

3. User Eligibility

• Investors must be legally permitted to invest and provide valid identification.

• Idea Owners must own or have the rights to the ideas or projects submitted, and must provide truthful and complete information.

4. User Responsibilities

• All users must provide accurate, updated information.

• Users agree not to upload illegal, harmful, or misleading content.

• Users are responsible for all actions under their accounts.

5. Platform Role

Between AI and Plan B act as facilitators only. We are not responsible for the financial, legal, or operational outcome of any collaboration, investment, or partnership made through the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All users retain ownership of their own ideas. By submitting a project, you grant Plan B the right to display and promote it to potential investors.

7. Confidentiality

Plan B provides general platform-level confidentiality, but users are advised to sign individual NDAs before sharing sensitive details. Between AI is not liable for any breaches between users.

8. Fees

Fees may apply for submitting a project, accessing investor databases, or premium matching services. These will be clearly stated before purchase.

9. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Plan B if a user violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activity.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved in Egyptian courts.

1. قبول الشروط

باستخدامك لخدمة Plan B المقدمة من Between AI، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا لم توافق، فلا يجوز لك استخدام المنصة.

2. وصف الخدمة

Plan B هي منصة مدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي، تربط المستثمرين بأصحاب الأفكار والمشاريع الناشئة الباحثين عن تمويل. توفر المنصة أدوات للمطابقة الذكية وتقييم المشاريع والتواصل.

3. شروط الأهلية

• يجب أن يكون المستثمرون مؤهلين قانونياً للاستثمار وتقديم إثبات هوية.

• يجب أن يمتلك أصحاب الأفكار حقوق المشاريع أو الأفكار المقدمة، وتقديم معلومات صحيحة وكاملة.

4. مسؤوليات المستخدم

• يجب على جميع المستخدمين تقديم معلومات صحيحة ومحدثة.

• لا يُسمح بنشر محتوى غير قانوني أو ضار أو مضلل.

• المستخدم مسؤول عن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم من خلال حسابه.

5. دور المنصة

Plan B وBetween AI يعملان كوسيط فقط. لا نتحمل أي مسؤولية قانونية أو مالية أو تشغيلية ناتجة عن التعاون أو الاستثمار بين المستخدمين.

6. حقوق الملكية الفكرية

جميع المستخدمين يحتفظون بملكية أفكارهم. عند تقديم مشروع على المنصة، فإنك تمنح Plan B الحق في عرضه وتسويقه للمستثمرين.

7. السرية

توفر المنصة مستوى عام من السرية، لكن يُنصح المستخدمون بتوقيع اتفاقيات عدم إفشاء (NDA) فيما بينهم قبل مشاركة تفاصيل حساسة. لا تتحمل Between AI مسؤولية أي انتهاكات بين المستخدمين.

8. الرسوم

قد يتم فرض رسوم على تقديم المشاريع أو الوصول إلى قواعد بيانات المستثمرين أو الخدمات المميزة، وسيتم توضيح أي رسوم قبل الدفع.

9. إيقاف أو إنهاء الخدمة

نحتفظ بحق تعليق أو إنهاء الحساب في حال مخالفة الشروط أو القيام بأي نشاط احتيالي.

10. القانون المعمول به

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، ويتم حل أي نزاع أمام المحاكم المصرية.
